When our dryer died we were told 3 to 4 weeks to get a repair guy out from one local repair place. I called Appliance Repair Pros on a saturday afternoon because my LG washing machine had stopped draining. They sent a technician (Simon) out within 2 hours to take a look at it. Amazing service! 5/5 rating! I have a Samsung washer, I had called another company within the area, and the repair man charged me for a service free and did not repair my washer. He told me to buy a new one. The machine is only two years old and my neighbour had recommended Appliance Repair Pros. The technician Bobby came in and was kind. Since 1977 I always bought my appliances from Sears and purchased a maintenance agreement. That was money well spent. But Sears now is gone bankrupt. Finding competent and good service facilities for appliances, as I found out over the last few months was a very difficult, if not impossible task. This was until I dealt with Appliance Repair Pro, Windsor, Ontario. A serviceman by the name "Muhammad" gave an appointment the same day I called between 5 to 8 pm. He showed up at 5:30 pm and did an outstanding job. He fixed a sophisticated dryer I have and cleaned the vent. The dryer is working now like new. He did in fact do more than what he was required to do. Thanks Muhammad for a job well done. Now, I know who to call if I have a problem with any appliance. As I understood, they repair any make or model of any home appliance. I very strongly recommend these guys without any hesitation.

Just got a new stove. Went to use the oven and it didnt work. 6:00 at night. Called this company because they were open 24 hours. I submitted a request on this web page on a Saturday to have my 13 y/o LG dryer repaired, as it was making a very loud grinding noise while running. They responded quickly that day via text and I assumed I would hear from them during the work-week. I received a phone call on Sunday stating that they were on their way.

Simon came to work on my dryer. He was friendly, respectful, efficient and considerate. Simon replaced the bearing worn rollers and dryer belt, lubricated the internal workings while also cleaning the inside of the dryer. When done, the dryer was running as quietly as it did when first purchased.

I woke up to a puddle of water in front of my refrigerator. Food was cold and frozen foods were fine. Figured it had something to do with the ice maker. Called the company at 8:30 am and received a call back 10:30 I explained the problem and they gave me a time of 12-2 pm to come by. The person on the phone and repairman that responded were extremely polite and professional. They fixed the fridge within an hour and had the part on the truck. I am VERY pleased. I must mention that they are 7 days a week 24 hours a day. The repairman name was Simon and my husband got a business card as we would not hesitate to call him again.

We were referred to this company by a work colleague, and when we called Friday afternoon they were able to arrange a visit the very same day - even came to the house later that evening to help fix our LG washing machine.
